This year’s list received more than 1,500 nominations from K-12 leaders for a wide range of education technology solutions. The winners were chosen by District Administration’s editorial board based on the products’ ability to help administrators and school leaders achieve educational excellence.

Extreme’s Summit X450-G2, built on revolutionary ExtremeXOS, is a scalable, cost-effective family of fixed switches that manages end-to-end policy in mixed Extreme Networks’ wired and wireless environments. The product was selected because of its versatility, which enables teachers, administrators and students to utilize a greater variety of wireless and wired educational tools in the classroom.

Vancouver Public Schools is one of many districts that benefit from using our solutions to improve the learning experience. Vancouver deployed Extreme’s switching products to enable the use of personalized learning content and support customized access to network resources, including iPads for online testing and video streaming in the classroom.
